Description of the Punaluu vacation condo rental

Aloha,

Come enjoy an affordable, truly relaxing vacation in my owner-operated beachfront rental. This 3 bedroom , 2 bath Penthouse is truly spectacular! Current weekly special is $1995 (TOTAL PRICE) per week (based on 6 person occupancy). I also have smaller condos, see my other ad. For those who can't leave their work behind, there is FREE WiFi in the condo.

My rentals are located on a reef-protected white sand beach where you can swim with the tropical fish and sea turtles in the crystal clear ocean or enjoy the beachfront swimming pool. My beachfront paradise is located on the North Shore of Oahu within minutes of Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Golf Course, and world famous surfing beaches.

For those who choose to exercise while on vacation, there is an exercise/weight room overlooking the ocean. If you'd rather enjoy the tropical setting, you can go hiking on the many mountain trails or on miles of secluded beach. The units have large lanais overlooking the ocean. If you're here in the winter, you can sit on the sofa and watch the humpback whales.

Area Information

It is only a 25 minute coastal drive south to Kaneohe Town with many restaurants, shopping centers and multiplex cinemas. Drive 25 minutes north along the ocean to historic Haleiwa town, where you can enjoy its many surf shops, art galleries, "shave ice" and restaurants. For the more adventurous, there are surf lessons available. Parachuting and glider rides over the beautiful North Shore are also very popular.
There is a grocery store "Tamura's" with some of the best prices on the island, located only 5 a minute drive from the condos.

Loved it!

I was a little nervous about staying here as I had read a couple of bad reviews, and this condo did not have air conditioning. Heidi assured me that it was not necessary, so we went ahead and decided to try it. We absolutely loved it! The lack of air conditioning was not a problem at all! with the breeze off the ocean some evenings I was even a little chilly. The condo is very well stocked and the views are absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I took the upstairs ocean view, and my mom and her husband had the upstairs mountain view (which they loved as well, could not believe how comfortable the bed was) my kids initially argued over who was going to take the third bedroom and actually ended up sleeping in the living room on the couches so they could hear the waves hitting the shore, so we didn't even use the third bedroom! The massage chair was also a very popular spot. We were about 40 minutes outside of Waikiki, but we didn't want to be in the "city" so the location was perfect for us. I would definitely recommend a rental car (which we had) for trips to the north shore and sight seeing. We spent a lot of time right there at the condo, beautiful beach perfect for swimming, long walks, sitting and relaxing, the pool was nice and my son used the gym. We bought grocery's in Hawai Kai at Costco and had a home away from home. This was a very affordable vacation as we ate at the shrimps trucks (which we loved!) and a small restaurant nearby called kenekees(not sure if spelling right) but great food and great prices. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Oahu. Loved everything about this place. Perfect location, perfect ammenities, perfectly lovely! Thanks Heidi!

Great condo

This condo is a great location for those wanting more solitude than Waikiki while still being close enough to Honolulu and the North Shore. Spacious and everything we needed was there...the massage chair was wonderful! The view and sound of the ocean was wonderful to wake up to. The ocean is perfect for kids and adults and so nice to have right outside the condo. Highly recommend!

Loved the Ali penthouse condo. This condo had everything needed such as boogie boards, snorkels, even beach towels. The condo is very nice and spacious. Heidi is a awesome owner. The condo building manager and the condo association, has strict rules for the pool etc. No towels in the pool area, no noise and the pool locks at 8pm no leeway. I would definetelty stay aagain with Heidi due to the condo being so nice..
