I stayed at the Santa Marie del Mar Residentials for 8 nights earlier this month and had a fantastic time. The appartment was very clean and I didn't see one insect during my stay. The furniture was a bit old but that didn't matter to me as everything was nice and clean. The beach was an easy walk and the market and stores were very close by (walking distance) We did take advantage of the motor bike taxis some days which were great. We also went to the disco several nights which were just a short cab ride away. The property is close to everything which I loved. The security guards were always there watching everyone come and go so I felt very safe at this complex. We had a fantastic time and I would definately go back and actually will soon be planning a trip for the spring.

We stayed at A3 a 2 bedroom / 2 bathr oom unit at Santa Maria Del Mar for 9 nights. It was a terrific experience, we enjoyed sitting on our balcony each evening and watching the coming and goings of both the long and short term rentals. Our unit was well equiped and the onsite superintendents were very friendly and helpful. Just minutes from the beach and from some of our favorite clubs it was a great choice! We'll be back again, hopefully for longer next time.

Santa Maria del Mar is a beautiful apartment complex, very well kept and not far from the beach. My apartment was just as described, with all the amneties included (i.e. washer &dryer, cable tv+ dvd player, microwave, etc..)Very spacious and nicely furnished. Overall, great value for your money.
