Golfer Special - screened lanai overlooks golf clubhouse. 2 bedroom, 2 bath second floor unit with elevator. Great open floor plan with breakfast bar, open dining & living room with direct access to enjoy the lanai. Dishwasher, washer & dryer in separate laundry room included. Walk to golf course, clubhouse, tennis courts, pool, Close to Everything with I-75 close enough for access, but not so close as to spoil the serene atmosphere.

Sleeps 4 with privacy. Master bedroom has a queen bed with direct lanai access, a separate washing/dressing area, walk-in closet and separate water closet with walk-in shower an a large 32" television. The second bedroom sleeps 2 with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. The living area boasts a large screen television with surround sound DVD system on cable, leather couch and two Lazy-Boy recliners. The dining area has seating for six with an additional snacking table for two in the kitchen. This unit offers all standard appliances including smooth top electric range, double door refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, electric blender, coffee pot, toaster, mixer, iron & ironing board, clothes washer/dryer, serving dishes & utnesils for eight , glasses, pots & pans, etc. All rooms feature ceiling fans - lanai features windows allowing the area to be air conditioned with the great room or for the windows to be opened to the great Florida air.
