We enjoyed our stay at Gateway Point Condos in Punta Gorda, Fl. The condo is gorgeous, on a very quiet second floor of a two story building (only four condos per building), newly renovated interior, and ceramic tile floors with area rugs accentuating modern furnishings. We found an amazingly fully stocked, full size kitchen with new appliances, a large dining/living room (with door wall to lanai), large master bedroom (also with door wall to a lanai) and a nice size second bedroom and a second full bath. Utility room with washer/dryer is very convenient. The condo is stocked with anything one might need for an extended stay (even beach chairs and cooler). The grounds of the complex are gorgeous with a great community pool and very friendly residents. The Gateway complex is nicely landscaped with plants and trees. We loved coming home to this condo after a full day of activities like shopping, walking the nearby beaches, visiting friends and more. Downtown Punta Gorda, Fisherman's Wharf and Ponce de Leon Park for the sunsets are a few of the local sights to visit, some within walking distance. The owners are very accessible and go above and beyond in accommodating your every need. We highly recommend this condo for a pleasure filled vacation spot to stay.

Winter Retreat

The condo in Punta Gorda FL, was very comfortable and nicely located. We liked to walk along the canal over to Fisherman's Village and to the nearby parks for beautiful sunsets. We also enjoyed many day trips to meet friends for lunch, shop, visit historical sites or walk on the beach. The neighbors who live there full time, were friendly, helpful and could not have been nicer. The owners kept in touch and were very easy to work with. It was peaceful, quiet and we felt very much at home.

Just the Place to Be!

We have just returned from Florida and our stay in Punta Gorda was one of the highlights while there. What a beautiful Condo with all the facilities anyone would want while away from home. Just need to bring your suitcases and move in. It's so close to many of the attractions in the area. We walked to several places that we wanted to see and didn't have to take our vehicle. The kitchen had all the conveniences that we needed for preparing our meals. The bed was so comfy! When we went to the beach there was an umbrella and cooler to take with us. After watching beautiful sunsets nearby, we played several games that were there. The neighbors were so warm and friendly. On our second day there we found a friend from back home, whom we hadn't seen in 30+ years living right beside us in the next condo. So we enjoyed getting reconnected. We look forward to returning to this ideal spot in Florida again. Thanks for the wonderful memories this place provided for us!

This beautiful condo was well furnished with everything that we needed for our 2 month stay. The owners were only a phone call away and satisfied our every request. The weather in Punta Gorda was great. The beaches, golf courses, tourist attractions and numerous shopping experiences were just minutes away. Fisherman's Village was a delight to visit and is within walking distance from the condo. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a modern, clean and quiet location to enjoy the sights and sounds of Florida. There is lots to do onsite and the residents are all very friendly and helpful.
