Description of the Punta Gorda vacation condo rental

Professionally decorated larger two-bedroom second floor condo features a preserve area view, including natural lake with water lilies. The theme is nautical with a feeling of Bali in the art work. Use elevator or stairs from reserved covered parking.
The eat-in kitchen is stocked with everything needed by gourmet cooks from cookbooks to new appliances and even a French press for coffee as well as a regular 8-cup coffee maker. Ice maker, dishwasher, microwave of course but also waffle maker and more.
Flat-screen TV with DVD in living room and another TV in bedroom. Several DVDs are available in unit for the use of tenants. A video store is just down the street.
Master bedroom has large walk-in closet, twin-sink master bath with walk-in shower. There is a dresser, queen-sized bed, bedside tables plus clock radio.
Second bedroom has large closet and another queen-sized bed, plus storage in the bedside cabinets. The second bath has a tub.
Stackable washer/dryer is included in unit as are towels for use at the pool.
Heritage Lakes has 24-hour security, activities director at its large clubhouse, heated pool, lighted tennis courts and separate exercise building with flat-screen TVs and lakeside view.

Area Information

Minutes from I-75 at Heritage Lakes, the condo is within 30 minutes of Gulf beaches and the cultural coast of Florida, with more theaters per capita than New York City, the 20th most valuable US museum (John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, fine dining in Sarasota to the north and Fort Myers and Naples to the south. Spend the day at the pool or nearby beach and evenings at the Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre in Fort Myers or one of several professional theaters in Sarasota or Venice Theatre in nearby Venice. History buffs will enjoy the Edison-Ford Estates at Fort Myers. Learn about Florida’s wildlife at Babcock Wilderness or on an airboat ride. Condo is stocked with road trip and history books by the travel-writer owner about more than 120 interesting places to visit in Southwest Florida.
Supermarkets, video stores, restaurants and outlet shopping within 2 miles and Charlotte Town Center is less than 10 miles away. That center includes nearly every chain store, movie theater, multitude of restaurants and more.

Very Nice Condo

Kim Cool was a great owner. Just as listed. Pool was heated and great. Same wiyh exersize room. Complex was gated and very clean. Beach,s in area were great. A lot to do. We plan to go back to FL. next year. Bob Gfroerer

We found the condo along with the area to be everything we were expecting and then some. We were very comfortable and the people in the gated community were very nice. We had everything we needed in the condo. We would like to stay there again next year!
