Disappointed

May 14, 2011

The first problem with the unit was the TV. It was only 19", which made it impossible to watch from across the room. We had to move the sofa from across the room to in front of it so we could watch the Super Bowl. We couldn't see the players' numbers. Also, there were no blinds or curtains on the sliding doors to the lanai, which faced west, so the glare made the screen difficult to see. Another problem was the lighting. The was no light over the dinning table so evening dining was dark and playing cards or planning our next days excursions at the table were impossible. Also we were there for 2 months and the only cleaning tool was an electric broom which made cleaning an arduous affair and we like to live in a clean environment. On the plus side was the location and the complex. The people were very friendly and helpful. We made many friends on our daily visits to the pool area or the club house. In fact we liked the area so much we are booked to return next year to the same complex but a different unit. We also found that the rental rate was high compared to other units that were available in the complex.

Our Great Excape!!!

March 2, 2010

We found the condo along with the area to be everything we were expecting and then some. We were very comfortable and the people in the gated community were very nice. We had everything we needed in the condo. We would like to stay there again next year!
