Description of the Punta Gorda vacation home rental
Charming waterfront home with swimming pool and boat dock located only minutes to Charlotte Harbor via deep saltwater sailboat intercoastal waterway. Close to shopping, dining, fishing and golfing or just relax and watch the sunset from your user friendly home. Fish off the dock and admire the Cranes and Egrets as they swoop in for a closer look. Stainless steel appliances, never lived in like new 1,758 square foot home. New bedding, linens, pillows, towels, dishes, utensils, appliances and furniture. Enjoy 3 color tv's, DVD and VHS (small DVD movie collection), heated swimming pool, gas grill poolside, laundry room with extra capacity washer and dryer and laundry tub, enormous master bedroom with adjoining master bath with double sinks, walk-in shower and garden tub. This home is spacious and light, has oversized rooms, panoramic water views and spectacular sunset skies.
WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE ADDITION OF: TV's with premium channels, FREE Videos On Demand, HBO and STARZ; high-speed internet connections; and, telephones with unlimited long distance calling within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. NOTE: Any fees associated with select Videos On Demand and long distance calling outside the "free and unlimited zones" will be deducted from the Damage Deposit.
Enjoy the waterfront and docking facilities with electricty and running water right in your own back yard. Just a few minutes to Charlotte Harbor via a deep saltwater intercoastal waterway. No Bridges. Sailboat access. Watching sunset over the Charlotte Harbor is breathtaking. As you fish the all natural intercoastal waterway surrounded and lined by mangroves and an abundance of wildlife, you may even see dolphin come within a few feet of your boat. Egret, Cranes and Storks have been known to come in for a landing right in your own backyard.
Charlotte Harbor has a fishing reef just a few minutes from the mouth of the Alligator Creek pass. A day of boating may include boating out to the Gulf of Mexico via Boca Grande pass voted Tarpon Fishing Capital of the World. Visit Caya Costa State Park (island/beach) accessible only by boat and voted one of America's Best Beaches, Gasperilla Sound, Boca Grande, Cabbage Key for a burger and ice cold beer and stroll along the nature trail (island restaurant), Bokeelia, Pine Island, Sanibel and Captiva Islands and Fort Myers Beach.
Refunds given in the event of an immediate threat of a named tropical storm or greater or if owner is unable to provide occupancy. If occupant is unable to occupy the home during the reserved dates due to no fault of the owner, replacement dates will be given based upon availability. Refunds other than reasons as mentioned above are at the sole discretion of the owner.

- Deposits: Full payment must be recieved to secure and guarantee reservation. A $250.00 damage deposit is due at the time of reservation. The damage deposit is refundable upon a post occupancy inspection of the property indicating the home and its personal property is free from damage or loss as when delivered for occupancy. Any charges incurred for On Demand movies and long distance calling will be deducted from the damage deposit (SEE BELOW FOR ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATATION).
- Other Fees: Additional fees may include: minimum stay requirements, boat dockage ($75/week), heated pool ($75/week), cleaning fee ($150). A confirmed reservation agreement as to the rental amount, number of guests including adults and children, boat dockage and cleaning fees, if applicable, cannot be changed or modified unless agreed to in writing by owner. Unauthorized pets, smoking inside the home or any violation of the reservation agreement will result in immediate forfeiture of the security deposit.
