Lovely pool home located on salt water canal just 12 min to Charlotte Harbor. Two bedroom, two bath home is in like new condition with new kitchen and appliances, all new windows and doors, new carpet, pool cage and freshly painted interior and exterior. New 10,000 lb boat lift with power and water newly installed. Power and water available for tenant use. Pool heat is available. Pool cover must be utilized if heater is operational.
Rental rates May 1 thru Oct 31: $700/wk - $2400/mo
Winter rates Nov thru March - $750/wk - $2800/mo

Area Description

Punta Gorda Isles is a deed restricted community with the majority of homes located on either the wide, city maintained, salt water canals or on the St Andrews South golf course. We are within a five minute car ride or a twelve minute boat cruise to the beautiful Charlotte harbor and some of the best fishing and boating available in Florida.
PGI is located a short 30 min drive from Fort Meyers Airport as well as the many outstanding beaches of Sanibel Island and Englewood. Fisherman's Village, the home of many shops and restaurants projects into Charlotte Harbor and is a short five minute car or bike ride from the house.
Numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities are within short driving distance.
Air transportation via Direct Air now available to Charlotte County Airport a short 10 minute ride from our location.

Required Stay: seven days
Lodging Tax: 7%
Deposits: Deposits required: $750 security deposit, returned after home inspection
Other Fees: 1/3 rental fee required with lease for stays over one month. One to four weeks require all fees in advance. $125 cleaning fee required of all tenants. All fees for all stays must be paid two months in advance of stay unless other arangements are made with owner.

Beat deal on the net! One of the nicest and cleanest places we've stayed in. Great location to Charlotte Harbor and all of it's fun. Close to the beachs. On a canel with fish. Lovely pool. Owner takes great pride in serving up the best. And it shows. Fisherman's Wharf is a must! Only thing missing was a boat. And next time I'll bring my own. Loved it so much we went out and bought a home ourselves!!

Very nice home, newly furnished. Bottle of wine setting on table upon arrival. Pool was nice but not yet heated (future plans). Dock lift not in yet. Nice views from the lanai. Have visited unta Gorda several times before and location of home was convienient to US 41. Accommodations were comfortable.
