Description of the Punta Gorda vacation home rental

This almost new home has everything you need for a wonderful, relaxing winter season. The home is on a canal just seconds to the Peace River and it's fabulous fishing and mangrove islands. Enjoy sunsets, many wild critters such as Manatees, Dolphins and Great Blue Herons just outside your back door. The home features a large great room, gormet kitchen with all appliances, master bedroom with walk-in closets and master bath with separate shower and spa bath. The second bedroom is separate on the other side of house with twin beds and it's own walk-in closet. The copula room is the center point of the homewith it's 20' ceiling and has a sleeper sofa. The front wrap-around porch overlooks one of Charlotte County's finest parks. It's a wonderful place to have morning coffee and evening cocktails. The lanai overlooks the water and the dock. There are views of the river from many areas of the front and back. Paddle fans in living areas and the home is docorated in Florida colors. Not a nicer place to spend the winter months. Only minutes to downtown Punta Gorda, Fisherman's Village and Port Charlotte.

Harbour Heights. Located just 3 miles from I-75, 10 minutes to major shopping and many tourist attractions. The Peace River is a stones throw away and the canal, which is the widest in Harbour Heights, has direct access. There is a county park across the street which as a kiddie park, tennis courts and boat ramp. Harbour Heights is actually in Port Charlotte, but the mailing address is Punta Gorda.
