Description of the Punta Gorda vacation home rental

Beautiful executive pool home that is 2800 sq feet under air...20x20 Tile thru the whole home with many upgrades such as high pitched ceilings,wet-bar, large walk-in pantry,oversized bedrooms & closets with a king size bed,queen size and two twin beds. Large marble baths with the master bath having a large jacuzzi for that private relaxing salt bath.....full amenity laundry room with front loader washer/dryers, ceiling fans in each room with central air thru the home, WI-FI internet inside and outside by the pool area that has an oversized patio including 6 tanning lounger chairs with out-door dining table for pool side dinners,cocktails,board-games and outdoor grilling. Garage indoor parking and private outdoor parking.

You will also have plenty of beach chairs,cooler, towels and their is an outdoor shower by the pool area for your use. The home has 3 Sony 37" TV's and 2 DVD players, windows are all tinted and have white shutters and blinds for privacy. This is truly a beautiful home in an executive neighborhood full of nature...and on a beautiful large tip lot landscaped with marble rocks and palm trees.

Airport pick-up,cooking,lite housekeeping daily or weekly,children or pet sitting, private driver is available for an additional fee.

You will have all the comforts of living in a beautiful grand home while on vacation.......!!! Please note that the pool has full sun all day for that perfect tan...and also I have pool loungers that sit inside the pool with your drink..with a TV outside by the pool.

Rates include all taxes and fees except the normal cleaning fee of $125 done by Merry Maids.

the fountain in the pool was great! using my lap-top all day by the pool was such a relaxing feeling....didnt really go to the beach that was just a few mins away...my husband and i really enjoyed this home and surely want to return in the spring time.

this home has recently been done over with beautiful tile and the most beautiful marble baths, my wife enjoyed the pool everyday with the FULL sun all day....I enjoyed the grill and the peace and quiet in the evenings....beautiful neighborhood and just mins to everything....we have another week booked for 2010 and certainly will return year after year....THE HOME WAS SPOTLESS when we arrived in September!

What a great family home, we didnt bring anything except our cloths and was amazed at all the upgrades for our comfort including all the beach accessories! The kids just loved the pool all day and we seldom left. The bedrooms are very large along with the most beautiful baths, our only disappointment was us leaving....lol

What a beautiful home...the home had all new updated tile and marble thru the whole home, beautiful furniture and accessories to make you feel like home. We loved the outdoor grilling and pool area. Our family of 5 surely had plenty of space and the WI-FI was also a great plus where I could work outside by the pool area replying to emails...thanks again and surely have already booked a week in december. We had such a wonderful time, my husband loved the grill and omg the master bath you wont want to leave ladies and the kids loved the huge pool, beautiful landscaping and it was great being mins to the beaches.

I just wanted to thank you for allowing our family to stay at your home in Punta Gorda. I left the house keys under the mat by the front door. There are also some sheets and towels we had to leave in the dryer and were unable to fold prior to leaving. The home was well furnished and we appreciate the life vest for our smallest child while we were swimming. Again we want to say thank you. Nick and Julie

What a blast me and my husband had...you have to visit the local 5c and 1c slot houses...it was so much fun and we did win!! We also took a bus to the casino all day that was so much fun and many Mom and Pop resturants in the area serving 25c chicken wings and many happy-hours!

Now we know why Money Magazine voted this place as the best place to live....Old Florida is for real here, my husband and I enjoyed the beaches,resturants and easy life and surely will come back, the home felt like ours!

The pictures look exactly as if they were taken a month ago, beautifully decorated and just a grand home, what a bargain at the price we paid!

We were just amazed at the beauty of the home and area. We loved how everything is just mins away, fine dining was closeby along with all the loves of Florida. The large pool was just great for tanning and swimming each day~~~~~

We wished this was our home and we lived here full-time, hated to leave.
