Description of the Punta Gorda vacation home rental

Unique, private, 4 bedroom, 2 bath with walk in shower and
jacuzzi, all on one floor. Close to route 75 and route 41, Punta Gorda marina, and restaurants, beaches and stores. New beds with linens. Large LCD TV in living room and master bedroom. Very large open kitchen furnished. Wifi, Cable TV, etc., all inclusive of monthly cost. Small dog ok.

Area Information

Arts, Culture and History abound within 4 miles, in Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte. Peace river is a short walk within the gated community. Punta Gorda marina is across the river.
Easy to get anywhere from this house. The community is very quiet and has a nice area for walking down to the Peace river.

10 minutes to Port Charlotte Beach Park with pool/beach swimming, basketball, tennis, kayaking, boat ramps, volleyball, bocce ball. 10 minutes to South County regional park, which has tennis, and a very large outdoor lane and diving pool.

Excellent swimming pool for lane swimming or just relaxing is located at South County Park in Punta Gorda, which also has tennis courts, about 7 mins away. Another county pool and recreation area, with tennis is located and fishing is about 10 minutes away

Comfortable home in a beautiful location

We got back to Chicago late last night. We really enjoyed our trip to Florida and the house was perfect. The kids (ages 3 and 13) enjoyed the large back yard and the freedom being able to play outdoors in Dec./Jan. We found the house was equipped with everything we needed. We were able to entertain family and cook a nice meal for everyone. The owner was easy to deal with and very accommodating. The local property manager was friendly and professional when checking us in and out.

Nice Clean Vacation Rental

This was a relaxing rental. Conveniently located in a small quiet gated subdivision not too far from shopping and beaches. This home had all the modern conveniences, and was well equipped. The home featured granite counter tops, high ceilings, and a huge garage. Owner was very responsive and courteous. Would recommend this home for any vacationing family looking for a nice place to stay.
