Subdivision located in southern part of Punta Gorda, north of Fort Myers.
The sub has a park which includes a nice tennis court, picnic

Other Fees: Monthly lease amounts are based on occupancy of two people. Guests require prior approval before lease signed. $60/night for additional guest couple. $100 one time cleaning fee required. Tenants are expected to keep home clean during their stay. Cleaning fee covers normal anticipated cleaning. Excessive cleaning, if required, will be deducted from security deposit. $50/mo for high speed wireless internet. ($100 allowance given per month for utilities).
