These Items are new: range dishwasher, sinks, granite counters, and tile flooring. Unit was painted last year and ceilings this year. Sq. footage is app. 1700 square-feet. There are 7 units; mine is #6 and is nicely furnished. You may bring your boat and dock it. There is access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico.
Area Description
This is a vacation area and Purple Martin is lined with condominiums and townhouses. You will find yourself within the charming town of Punta Gorda and a short drive to Fishermen's Village. This is a shopping area with trendy stores and five or more restaurants on the water. It's lovely to end dinner with a sunset view. The site is 1.5 miles from Hwy. 41, 30 minutes from Fort Myers and 40 minutes to Sarasota. Port Charllotte is 15 to 20 minutes to the north. There are many sites and activities in the area.
