Tranquility Villa sit on 240 feet of water and is one of the only tip lots for rental in Punta Gorda Isles. The expansive grounds allows total privacy when you are swimming in the pool or having a cocktail on the lanai. The open basin canal which leaves out to the Charlotte Harbor has many marine life playing at the seawall of the home.
Open floor plan with the guest quarter at the opposite side of the home . Master suite has private balcony and master bathroom with heated jacuzzi. Great room is large and comfortable for those after dinner chats as well as seating on the lanai or living room. Master Suite and Queen suite have their own TV's

restaurants, shopping and places of worship all within one mile area. Punta Gorda's favorite is fisherman's village which is nearby and has music and entertainment nightly during season. Punta Gorda has a very active downtown with great restaurants, craft fairs, museums and much to do all year around
