LA TIERRA is a recently constructed, architecturally designed, elegant, private, villa located on a magnificent crescent shaped beach on Playa Careyaros, 40 minutes north of Puerta Vallarta airport, restaurants, art galleries and shops. The ocean front property is adjacent to the new Punta Mita Four Seasons Resort, and sits between two
small Mexican villages.

The welcoming central courtyard allows for gracious outdoor entertaining and dining and is surrounded by landscaped tropical gardens. The generous use of handcrafted indigenous materials is apparent throughout the property. Palapa thatched palms shelter all the wooden doors and windows.

Antique doors open to the main house’s first floor living and dining areas which are decorated with unique works of art, and custom furnishings. A wall of wooden framed glass doors open to the Pacific Ocean, an infinity pool and generous patio areas. The large tiled, fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers both a professionally designed food preparation area, as well as a separate cleanup area with sink and dishwasher.

The romantic master bedroom suite is situated on the upper floor with a lavish, fully tiled, walk in shower with ocean view, matching double sinks and private balcony overlooking the pool area and sea with spectacular panoramic views.

The private two bedroom guest house is connected to the main house by an elevated lounging terrace with stunning ocean views. The luxurious and charming two guest bedrooms are tastefully decorated, with queen sized beds and a well designed bathroom with a generous sized fully tiled walk in shower. There are two handcarved wooden entry doors for private access from each of the two rooms.

Hand made and fired terra cota ceramic tile floors run throughout the two buildings

Housekeeping is provided 3 times per week. There is a care taker and pool man to take care of the grounds.

Amenities: Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout ,infinity pool with Jacuzzi jets, cool-deck patios, Direct TV (USA), VCR/DVD, central water purification system, refrigerator/freezer, double ovens, restaurant stove top, dishwasher, 2 kitchen sinks, premium cooking utensils and tableware, quality towels and bed linen provided.

$420 per night with a one week minimum.
$480 Christmas, New Years, Easter Week and Thanksgiving
