Description of the Punta Uva vacation guesthouse rental
This vacation home is located in Playa Chiquita across from the wildlife refuge and within 500 meters of the beach. The property is landscaped with exotic flowering and fruiting trees that attracts a myriad of birds and sloths. In addition, the property also has lily ponds, a labyrinth and a medicinal plant walk. For nature lovers, this is paradise.
This beautiful Caribbean house which sleeps 8 is situated on 2000 m2 of land and has a big open backyard that is great for kids and dogs. All the rooms are open and airy and equipped with hot water, mosquito nets and ceiling fans. Each room has king size beds which can be separated into 2 twin size beds.
All rentals provide weekly cleaning services, full-time guard, access to internet, cable television and telephone. There is easy access to gourmet market and cafes.
Upper Level: 2 bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, comfortable living and dining area with hammocks and rocking chairs.
Lower Level: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full sized garden kitchen and front and back patio.
The upper level can be rented for $500/week or $1600/month.
Services: Laundry, full-time help (cooking, child care, cleaning, etc), tours, activities, car, bike rental, boogie boards, snorkel equipment and transportation.
Area Description
Playa Chiquita is 4 km south of Puerto Viejo. It is a beach/wildlife refuge and has many cafes and small businesses. Playa Chiquita attracts many artists, nature lovers and healers.
