Punta del Burro is a secluded gated community of privated homes and villas, and this lovely beachfront villa,is the prefect place to enjoy the beautiful stretch of Banderas Bay. Two Master bedrms, comfortable living rm, kitchen and dining rm area and a private garden with jacuzzi are waiting for you. Leave your private garden and directly across the cobblestone road that winds through the community, is the spectacular beach. While, the entire beach is primarily used by residence and guest of PdB, this villa's property , also includes 50 feet of beach in front of the home, with a drive way. It's the perfect place for your private beach party, or just to relax and enjoy the sun and soothing waves; don't forget swimming and surfing. Try not to sleep through the awesome sunsets. They are truly unforgettable. Let the waves of the bay put you to sleep and the sunrise with the freshness of the morning awake you. All is welcome. Pickup and return to airport by David or he will be there to greet and guid.e the way in your rental car to your home away from home

Punta del Burro is approximately 30 minutes north of the Puerta Vallarta Airport in the State of Nayarit; and less than 10 minutes from the four Season's famous golf court and exotic resturants, located in Punta De Mita. It's the prefect place to enjoy the beach while you dine out for the day; swim, fish, or surf. Just beyond this gated paradise, you can fine superb dining at the near by resorts. Activities that can be booked at neighboring resorts, includes, horseback riding, dolphin/whale watching, mountain tours, snorkeling/scuba diving, golf and spa treatments (Oh, there is a spa right on the Punta de Burro community), asked David, my manager about it. You can, also, enjoy authentic Mexican dishes in the fishing village and small towns, such as La Cruz, were a mariner is now being built; that lie between PdB and the airport. Each town has a square with a church and a charm all of its own; shopping, more dining and sightseeing.

Of course, Puerta Vallarta is a great place for shopping, dining of most nationalnalities and more sightseeing. A robust nightlife in PV starts after dinner and can end in the early morning hours. Don't leave the children out; there are plenty of daytime and early evening activities for them, also. Rental cars and taxis are abundant in PV and with only one main road, stretching from downtown Puerta Vallarta to Punta de Mita, you can't get lost for long.

For a birds eye view of the towns from Punta del Burro to PV, take a short stroll from the gates of PdB to the main road and wave down "Big Bessie" (that's what I named the local bus, nearly 20 years ago) and for a few pesos, you can ride with the locals, surfers, entertain by the locals and other adventurous tourist. Most of the divers don't speak much english' simply say Punta de Mita, if you are going north to the point or going south say La Cruz; Burceris; Paradise Island or "P""V" with a friendly smile, pay the pesos, the driver says and sit back and enjoy the ride.
