Very nice appartement, very good view. nice sunrise, directly in the center and close to the beach, only a few meters to walk. comfortable and clean. We stay with 5 people there for 3 nigths.

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean, comfortable and had tremendous views. The location is one block from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this property!

A very nice apartment middle in the centre of Punta del Este overlooking the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Bay. Near to Conrad hotel Cacino and conferences Beaches, shops, and restaurants are in walking distance only 1 minute to the shopping street. The apartment was clean and spacious. The building is provided with a swimming pool, 24h security and a cleaningservice. The apartment has a nice livingroom, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a pantry. The price quality is therefore excellent. We have enjoined our stay here in this apartment during our vacation in Punta del Este and would choose it the next time again without a doubt. The owners were friendly and helpfull. I would recommend this property to a relative. My overall opion is good to excellent for this property depending on what your demands are. For me it was close to beaches, shops and restaurants. renearns(The Netherlands)
