Lodging tax: none
Deposits: A half-month rental would cost 70% the monthly rate while a three week rental would cost 90% of the monthly rate. We require 20% booking / security deposit, minimum $1000, paid by credit card, reimbursed only within a week of departure. The stay is payable upon occupancy by Cash, Credit Card, or bank wire. Minimum rental period during high season is ten nights. A US$1000 extra will be charged for the night of Christmas Eve and the night of New Years Eve, irrespective of the length of stay.

Other Fees: A final cleaning fee may be requested. The standard maximum number of people is 8 (eight); additional persons over and above this number shall be charged at $100 per person per night.
