• Required Stay: minimum one week during high season only
   
• Lodging Tax: none
   
• Deposits: A half-month rental would cost 70% the monthly rate while a three week rental would cost 90% of the monthly rate. We require 20% booking / security deposit, minimum $1000, paid by credit card, reimbursed only within a week of departure. The stay is payable upon occupancy by Cash, Credit Card, or bank wire. The minimum rental period during high season is one week. A US$1000 extra will be charged for the night of Christmas Eve and the night of New Years Eve, irrespective of the length of stay.
   
• Other Fees: A final cleaning fee may be requested. The standard maximum number of people is 10 (ten); additional persons over and above this number shall be charged at $200 per person per night. Cable TV is included. Telephone, water, electricity and propane gaz are charged as consumed.
