Beautiful Property

The exterior of the cottage is misleading. It is modest looking from the street but when you walk in the main door the view down the hallway to the river is spectacular. The property was clean and well maintained. We had a small problem with a fuse halfway through our trip but that we competently looked after. We enjoyed the neighbourhood walks and the kayaking. They aren't kidding that highwater makes the return trip easier/possible. The property is close to shops and one of our group enjoyed that side of things as well. The dogs felt right at home snoozing on the thick shag carpet in front of the fire. Overall a most enjoyable stay.
