A beautiful fireplace, windows all around and a cathedral ceiling provides a sense a spaciouness. A well equiped kitchen to cook up your meals and feed your guests. A mezzanine where you can relax and take a look at the lake year round. A terrace protected from view provides another spot to relax and vegetal screens give you privacy while enjoying the outdoors.

Area Information

Located in a year round resort area 20 minutes from downtown Quebec City. In the summertime you can enjoy golf, fishing, swimming, kayaking and other water activities just a stone throw away from the property. In the wintertime alpine and cross country skiing are available, as well as snowshoeing, skating (on the lake), dogsleding and snowmobiling nearby. In the spring you can enjoy a maple sugar shack a few kilometers away.
