If you are looking to getaway from the cold and snow but dont want to be near the hustle and bustle of Phoenix's traffic this may be your answer. We are making our private casita available on a temporary basis. Located in a remote part of the desert with virtually no traffic but tons of starry nights. The only light that you will see at night is from the moon. Our furnished casita is a 1 bedroom with queen bedroom set, living room with love seat, recliner, tables, TV with satellite, high speed internet available, full kitchen with smooth top stove,full size refrigerator and built in microwave, full bath with whirlpool tub and walk in closet. All the basics needed for cooking and eating are here. All linens and towels included. Make your next getaway a relaxing one.

Area Description

Located just 8 miles south of the I 60 freeway at the Signal Butte exit or 4 miles east of the Power road exit off the 202 San Tan Freeway. We are SE of the GM Proving Grounds and out in the middle of the desert. There are just 3 other homes in our area. The land to the east of our home is all state trust land so we have an open view of the Superstition mountains. A spiral staircase takes you up to a view deck 16 feet in the air for a true 360 degree view of the surrounding desert landscape.
