Minimum stay is 7 days; longer stays desired. 10% discount for stays of 90 days or longer. Prices vary with seasons, with January through April being the high season. 50 % Refundable Security Deposit and non-refundable cleaning/sanitizing fee required. Lovely Home - Great Vacation Destination

March 20, 2013

My husband and I will have spent 4 months (Jan through Apr. 2013) in this lovely home. The house has all the amenities and is very comfortable. The back yard is a dream and is perfect for small pets with grass in the back yard, great for rolling and napping in the shade of the palm trees. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with 3 great pools, a free pitch and putt and a championship golf course running through it. Johnson Ranch also has grocery stores, banks, car washes, nail salons, etc. etc. Ron, the landlord, is great to deal with and I now think of him as a friend although we've never met. All in all, I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home

February 7, 2012

We stayed at this home for 3 weeks and loved the house. It was clean and had everything we needed including a barbeque in the back yard. We enjoyed eating lunch outside under the palm trees. The owner was very easy to deal with and very accomodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Arizona!

The house was very good - large, spacious, lots of closet space. Backyard is lovely. The owner was friendly & very easy to interact with. Johnson Ranch is a nice community. An issue was there was only 1 pool open from Feb til mid-March & it was extremely crowded most of the time. The pitch & putt course was great. The golf course was fabulous. We would go back.

This place was perfect. It had everything we needed. Beautiful home, perfect for a group of 8. Conveniently located for golf, shopping, hiking, etc.
