The home is 2200 sq. ft - 3 bedroom with a 2 car garage. The home features a living room with a formal dining room, family room just off the open kitchen area, 1 large master bedroom with a custom king size mattress, 2 large dressers, and a 26 ‘TV with a walk in closet. The bathroom has a large shower, separate oval tub, double sinks, large vanity with a separate enclosed toilet.

This home has 1 quest bedroom with queen size bed, 1 guest bathroom with tub and shower, office with computer desk and bookcase, wireless internet service, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Just off the open dining room is a open room with a lovely pool table. Ceiling fans throughout the home.

The kitchen has plenty of space with a eating area and a small crystal bar.
Granite counters, 18 “ tiled flooring and new black appliances with a walk in pantry.

The covered patio has a table with 4 swivel chairs plus a brand new gas grill. The back yard is completely landscaped with grass and palm trees. Lots of lovely flowers to enjoy.

It has everything you need from dishes to linens. Just bring your clothes and your lap-top (computer available in office) and you are set.
With your seasonal Rate this includes .. water/trash, gas, wireless internet service and Direct TV. Plus once a month you will receive a cleaning service that will clean all the glassware on the bar, wash floors, clean both bathrooms, dust and vaccuum for you, if your stay is longer then 1 month. All the amenities of the community are available to you for free except golf course fees.
You would be responsible to pay for the electric and your own phone. I would keep the electric in my name so you don’t have to worry about that.

This home is located in a very clean and quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping, banks and gas stations. The community has a 9 hole golf course and driving range. A heated pool with hot tub just walking distance from the home. Many parks, tennis, basketball and volley ball courts plus a catch and release pond. Less than 1 hour from several beautiful lakes and mountain views. If you are into riding motorcycles there are several local places to visit. The neighbors are friendly and several are snow birds from Canada and the Northern States.
