Area Information

Neighbors are year round residents and very friendly.

Property is located close to Phoenix and the surrounding cities (Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa) without having to deal with daily traffic. Outdoor activities including golf, hiking, swimming are minutes away. There are 4 courses in any direction, including the Johnson Ranch Golf course 4 blocks away. If you enjoy hiking, the San Tan Mountains flow down into the northern edge of Santan Valley and the Superstition Mountains are 20 minutes to the north. Enjoy fishing at the local catch and release pond in Johnson Ranch. If you are not familiar with the greater Phoenix area, then you should know that it is a major metropolitan area and with that comes professional sports, great entertainment and great shopping. The Superstition Mall is less than 30 minutes away and there are many smaller malls within 10-15 minutes.

We are 15 minutes away from Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA) serving Spirit, Frontier and Allegiant. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is 35 minutes away.
