It is not about just vacation , it’s about the experience . If our guests want neighborhood feel , then they would like a real New Yorker . Warm welcome to home of the Christina . Spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 baths ( yes its 2 baths ) along with balcony ( for smokers ) . Clean and Affordable . Its near to everything , about walking distance for major attractions , transportation and local shops . Great alternative for tiny apartments . Large Space , Big Beddings and King Size Vacation .

Three separate luxurious apartments at the property .

It’s a second floor , I have third floor’s apartment that is same .

Also I have smaller apartment at ground level.

Guests can reserve more then 1 apartment if required .

Great location...nice owner.

We stayed at this apartment as a family of 5 for 5 nights. The location is absolutely great and very convenient. You are just a short walk to a grocery store, the subway stop, and several places to eat. There is someone on the property living there who is able to help if you have any issues. The owner, Christina, was very easy to reach and helped us with whatever we needed. I will say that if you plan to cook in the apartment the cooking tools are a LITTLE sparse but there is enough there that you can make do. I would suggest to people staying here that if you are a light sleeper you might want to pack some earplugs as the walls are a tad thin and you are very close to either a fire house or police station so sirens do go off with some frequency. I slept with earplugs and had no problem at all. It is very spacious and having 2 bathrooms with a big group was a huge plus. I would stay here again,...I just might bring my own spatula! :) Thank you Christina for a very nice time. My whole family was happy!
