Description of the Queens vacation home rental

3 bedroom house, 3 new Queen size beds, one new twin bed,new remodeled bathroom, new remodeled kitchen, new polish hardwood floor, furniture, beds, mattresses, pillows....
Living room, dining room, kitchen ,additional room are on first floor. 3 bedrooms and a bathroom are on second floor. Private driveway, front and back yard. Free Parking is in the back yard. 5 minutes to JFK airport.
Public transportation (bus,subway) is around the house.
Across the street is a bus stop from subway station. One block from this bus stop is another bus stop to subway station (5 minutes).
2 blocks from the house is another bus stop where you can take an express bus to MIDTOWN MANHATTAN ( about 20 minutes).
CHECK IN: 3 P.M.
CHECK OUT: 11 A.M.
RATES:From $200 per night.

Payment is in Money Order or Certified bank check.
No reservations will be made without a deposit.
The required deposit is 1/3 of total amount.Balance will be paid before arrival.
Refunds(less $30 booking fee) made upon cancellatiob notice of at least 30 days.Cancellation less than 30 days prior to
arrival date is not refundable.
Refunds will be made within 30 days.

JFK Airport and Queens shopping Mall are 5 minutes away.
One block is "Mini Deli store"and a bus stop from subway station. One block from this bus stop is another bus stop to
Subway station & Airtrain station.(5 minutes).
2 blocks from the house is another bus stop where you can take an express bus to MIDTOWN MANHATTAN (ABOUT 20 MINUTES).
