This spacious "artist studio" is a two story, fully equipped house, the bedrooms are on the second floor 18'x24' with a half bath.
The first floor is 18' x 32' kitchen and studio area, the bath is 6'x 10'. The house is built on pilings over Jamaica Bay, within an intimate colony of homes accessible by a 300-foot boardwalk over the tidal marshlands.

Great getaway from Manhattan via subway. A very special retreat from the city with the unique art and beautiful views. Lots to do in walking and/or quick bus ride distance. Migration season in April makes a beautiful time to visit the Wildlife Sanctuary down the road. Thank you for making the stay so easy and peaceful!

Funky, bohemian artist space. Friendly owner. Good contrast to bustle of Manhattan. Close to Broad Channel subway stop to catch to A train to the City. Bare bones amentities. Clean
