• Other Fees: There is a $300 security required, returned to guest following inspection of home at end of stay.

Funky, bohemian artist space. Friendly owner. Good contrast to bustle of Manhattan. Close to Broad Channel subway stop to catch to A train to the City. Bare bones amentities. Clean
