 Right Decision...in uncertain time..., October 31, 2009

2 weeks before our travel date I have inquired twice on this condo...i have seen many other places online and because we had no fixed date to arrive we decided to just find a budget hotel instead. Our stay in the econotel(which was expensive and uncomfortable)was a big dismay. So the next day I never hesitated to call the owner of this condo and luckily we were able to move in immediately. The owner is very professional and accomodating. The place was perfect for us. We felt we were home. We really regret why we had to spend a day somewhere else...but at least in that uncertain time when we were thinking where to go we made the right decision...So guys, if you need a comfortable place to stay in Manila I am highly recommending this place, trust me...you too can make the right decision. Thanks!

 

 Comfort, Security, and Convenience, July 6, 2009

This condo met all of our needs and the owners are gracious, kind and very helpful. This unit is comfortable, with the free wireless internet, 2 bedrooms upstairs, air conditioned, and convenient to stores, laundry services, and banks. The owner even prepared a booklet giving many tips in where to find services, information to help taxi drivers find the unit, and where to order pizza! My wife is from Manila so we travel back and forth often, I will not book anything for my next stay without first contacting the owner of this unit and see what is available. We also felt very secure as there is a guard at the gate, they also were very helpful but there was never a feeling of being in an unsafe situation. Also there is a large swimming pool for your pleasure. As far as things on the negative side, I cannot really think of one. Our first day in the unit it started to rain and the owner called and came by and brought us two unbrellas! Take my advice, call this owner 1st!
