i,always stay at eastwood we just came back last october and we stayed at arvin apartment and the rent is not too bad..and its very close to my parents place..the security know me i did stayed at orchard rd.so many times..

nice location.....walking distance from everything..church, restaurants, mall, spa,bar & grills (can't forget that).nice and quiet and safe for family with little kids.i highly recommend this place to all my friends rather checking in to a motel/hotel....

It was pouring rain when we arrived in Manila, the trip on the way to Eastwood was pretty smooth about 30 minutes drive from the international airport and the property manager "Tita Yolly" was there to help us settled in . She was very accomodating . The room can accomodate at least 3 persons . But it is designed for an individual or only for a couple. Nice and quiet location of the room although there's not much window to see the city view . The condo is accessible to all amenities, there is 7/11 convenience store just on the bottom of the building and banks are everywhere. Accross the condo is the Eastwood mall , and so many restaurants to choose from. High end shopping centers is only steps away. Other shopping centers are located outside the Eastwood City but you can flag a taxi from outside the condo if you want to go somewhere else. The condo is very secure and the staffs are polite . Internet connections is an issue inside the room, I tried to use the Smart Bro to use the internet but it didn't work for me, wasn't sure !. But there are coffee shops outside the condo that has free Wi-Fi and if you hang-out at the lobby you can get a signal too. It was a good location to stay even for a two week holiday, although there was a typhoon , I felt very safe in the condo, there wasn't any power interruptions as well. I would stay again in this place in the future if permits. Can't wait to get back in the Philippines again, nice country , friendly people , good food and most of all it's my home country . It's more fun in EASTWOOD CITY ,QUEZON CITY PHILIPPINES ;)
