Reservation/Security deposit may be remitted thru paypal, wire transfer, western union or meet up with your representative in Manila to hand the deposit in cash. Local clients may also do bank deposit. Please email for details. All rates are exclusive of utilities (water and electric). Cable TV is inclusive.

Secret!!!

I didn't want to write a review as I didn't want to share this secret. As I wanted the unit to be my own place everytime I visit the Philippines. But as a courtesy to Sharon, this place she rents out is great. Forget that your in the middle of Eastwood, well you are, but having a place to stay with all the amenities in the middle of the city is great!!! The place is great. Sharon is great. My sister and I would always comment how well managed your unit was. Provisions for the bedrooms and kitchen were adequate and more than enough which is a plus. You were accommodating and available. In short, I wouldn't hesitate to rent your place again.
