Tenants and a companion will also be invited for a complimentary Filipino-Capampangan lunch or dinner at my restaurant along Wilson Street in Greenhills and be given a voucher for some pasalubong items, ideal for balikbayans.
Lastly, part of condo lease will be donated to EVA Charity Foundation uplifting the lives of indigenous peoples in Region III.

Very practical option for long stay

We stayed here for one month in January 2013 - we used this appartment as a base as we travelled around the Philippines for one month. Its a great alternative to a hotel .Eastwood City is very practical location with many restaurants and bars locally . The appartment is very well equipt - the washing machine is very useful and of high quality and there are DVD and a sound system. It is on the 2nd floor so its a bit noisy from the street but if this doesn't bother you then this is a great alternative to a hotel stay .

I have stayed at this condo and I am very satisfied with the overall accomodation.In fact, we extended the stay till Jan,8th 2011.Everyone at the building is friendly and the owner,Angelo is a true hospitable host.I am planning to rent again from him when I go back to the Phil. and have definitely recommended his unit to my relatives and friends.
