3. Monthly: $1,800 per month inclusive of utilities (electricity water, and cable service)
4. Reservation/Security Deposit: $120 (P5,000) payable in advance to confirm and guarantee the reservation & hold the unit for move-in. This is refundable in full on move-out date and subject to status of unit, furniture and fixtures.
5. Hi-Speed Internet Service in Condo Unit: $10 per week extra (The internet service fee is optional as there are free wi-fi service at the lobby of One Centrarl Park or at retaurants and shops around Eastwood Ctiy)

Long-Term Rental Rate (minimum of 3 months rental):
Monthly: $1,400 per month PLUS (tenant pays) utilities (electricity & water), cable and internet services.

The rates are reasonable as compared to a hotel or other condo units. Our condo has 70 square meter or 754 square feet of space with amenities of swimming pool, spa, gym, recreation center and parking space all free of charge or included in the rate.
