Description of the Quito vacation apartment rental
It can be easily access from the airport (15min away). Amenities include pool, steam room, jacuzzi and more!. We also provide Internet access (wifi), and a desktop computer with webcam inside the apartment for our guests.
The apartment is fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room. It has 24 hour security and a parking place free of charge. The apartment has wifi internet connection and cable tv.
The apartment is also close to the first station of a sightseer bus that takes you to downtown Quito.
Airport Transfers: to go to or from the airport there exist several options that vary on quality and price. We can offer you transfers door to door and it cost 40USD for a maximum of 3 people. The cost is per ride.

Great Quito Apartment

The hosts and their apartment were really excellent. Simple apartment but clean and amply supplied with visiting needs. All questions were answered quickly and clearly and they made our stay in Quito very easy. The location is convenient and safe and nicely located near Parque Carolina. Not close to most tourist attractions but easy by cab. Glad we stayed at Fontana.

Comodo, dado que cada dormitorio tiene su baño en suite y estan separadosx el living..segundo dormi con camas marineras.Cocina pequeña. Living comedor no muy lindo decorado.departamento bien ubicadoLa piscina es un plus interesante.

my wife and i and 2 kids planned to stay in the apartment 5 days. reserving the apartment went smoothly. the location is great - close to the airport, nice part of town, and not too far from the old city. the building is safe and secure. the apartment itself is very spacious - 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms was more than enough space for our family plus the kitchen, including microwave, was convenient. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in quito. however, one kid got sick and had to be hospitalized. thankfully we were able to extend our stay in the apartment without hassle. finally the proprietors family personally drove us to the airport when we departed. we would highly recommend this property for both the quality of the people we dealt with along with the actual physical structure. if we return to quito this place will definitely be our first choice accommodation.

I don't think you can find a better place in terms of comfort and convenience. The 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment in a highrise complex has everything you would need including pool, hot tub, and steam room right down the hall. It is very well furnished including a flat screen TV and wifi. It is one block from everything you will need including a huge shopping mall, football stadium, and the trolley on 6th de Diciembre. You also have the convenience of a restaurant on the bottom floor of the building with very good food. Diana & Luis couldn't have been nicer, and went way out of their way to make sure I arrived safely at the apartment. Overall I don't think I could have made a better choice for the money and location. I highly recommend you consider the Fontana for your next stay in Quito. I know I will.

This was one of the most enjoyable rentals that I have encountered in many years of travelling. The apt was perfectly located for shopping, dining and transportation. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and more than comfortable. The host and hostess were an extremely nice couple who were very helpful and obliging.

Cozy, Safe, and Perfectly Located

The stay in this apartment was wonderful. The location was ideal both for walks in the area (safe, near malls and parks) as well as for easy access to all parts of Quito. The apartment in on the same floor as the pool, sauna, and hot tub, there is a guard/doorman at the entrance 24/7, the cafe and bakery that are right next door are perfect breakfast places. All in all a wonderful experience. The only 'difficulty', though we did not really suffer from it, was that the wireless connection was somewhat shoddy. Regardless, I would recommend this place to anyone interested in Quito and will definitely use it again myself.

Good location but small

We stayed in this apartment for 2.5 weeks between moves. It was small for our family of 5, but the price was right. It was within walking distance to all that we needed. The pool and hot tub were just steps away from our door which was great for our kids. They had really awesome showers with a lot of water pressure, which is not common in Quito. The building laundry was expensive and it was located in the parking lot...would have been nicer on another floor. The owner was very kind and responded to emails very quickly....no problems with them at all!

More comfortable than being in a hotel. Excellent location. Perfect for a family or group of 4. Clean, comfortable, cozy. Access to everything you would want or would need. Taxis inexpensive. Hospitality of owners words can not express. Would I stay here again? Yes. Would I refer someone? Yes

Located in a quiet part of town with consulates, offices and a Sheraton next door. $2 taxi ride to anywhere in town. The hosts were the loveliest of people, helpful Ecuadoran and speaking perfect English, made it easy to settle the deal.
