Description of the Radium Hot Springs vacation condo rental

Living room includes log fireplace (wood is provided), central AC, large couch and chair and a half with animal prints, 32" TV w/ cable, DVD player with private stock of movies.

Additional, two private decks, BBQ, large kitchen with 4 appliances and private washer & dryer and 2 parking stalls.

Master Bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom complete with toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin. As well, access to large back deck and second entrance / fire exit with secured locked storage area for ski's and other outdoor equipment is available for use. Note that this type of equipment must be taken up the back stairs. The 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds.

Brand new (2006) 3rd level, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo with a spacious living room area.

Enjoy many amenities nearby, be it skiing at Fairmont or Panorama in winter (both 25 minutes away), numerous golf courses in the area, or soaking in the Radium Hot Springs just a few minutes down the road. Various activities including white-water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding (across the road!) and access to 2 lakes are all close at hand.

The views of the Purcell and Rocky Mountains from both of the decks are absolutely stunning. Incredible views of abundant wildlife (big horn sheep, whitetail deer, wild turkeys, etc.) within the complex and directly across the road! Enjoy the most comfortable retreat in the area!

• Deposits: All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund. Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques. Even though it says payment required 45 days prior to booking, if condo is available, bookings at short notice are welcome and payment can then be arranged through Paypal.
