The flat is on the 2nd and last floor of the building, highly maintained with love. Kitchen: small yet fully equipped with gas cooker and an electric oven. Dishes etc.

Available between July 2 - July 20/2008.

Area Description

Very close to Tel Aviv, 20 minutes by bike to the nearest northern beach in Tel Aviv, 10 minutes by taxi (30 NIS). 5 minutes away from the Tel Aviv biggest leisure park in a nice green neighborhood. Just a step away from the diamond district. Great for those who wants a nice place to stay in just a short ride from the busy attractions in Tel Aviv.

Direct bus lines to Tel Aviv from 2 nearest main streets just 2 minutes a way from the apartment. 3 small grocery stores around the block and the Ramat Gan mall is 10 minutes away by bus located near by.

Great local food near by, the famous Humus "Bahadunas" a 5 minutes walk, in the entrance of the neighborhood, open for 5 hours a day (Mr. Bahadunas don't believe in making money, he just wants to sell the Humus he made for that day. It's the freshest Humus and tasteful ever!). Also available are 2 chef's restaurants 5 minutes walk away from the apartment for those who want to dine with style.

"Shemesh" Shawarma is also a cross from Bahadunas. Open until late at night, great for those who love Shawarma or want to experience in this great Mediterranean dish.

Bicycle Park located 5 minutes a way, connecting northern Tel Aviv and Ramat Gan together. In the park a small lake with boats, kayaking and a great atmosphere. Great for an evening walk, jogging or bicycle riding to Tel Aviv along the Yarkon river.
