The guest home is located on a half acre gated property, shared by the owners, in an upscale neighborhood, it is about 1000 square feet. 2 bedroom (Queen beds in both rooms) 1 1/2 bath, vaulted ceilings, travertine floors through out, gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, all appliances included, fully furnished, kitchen utensils, ice cold air condition, ceiling fans in both rooms, dimmer lights through out, ample cabinet space, laundry room with full washer and dryer, sound proof 5/8 inch thick double insulated walls..so if you yearn for quite time...this is the place..but if you are a fan of "Surround Sound" or you just appreciate the sound of loud music, there is a built in surround sound speaker system throughout the whole house..so yes, because the walls are sound proof and we live on our half property..you can play your music as loud as you want.
Located north on Day Creek Blvd, in centralized Rancho Cucamonga..if you love shopping, you are less then 2 miles from the Upscale Beautiful Victoria Gardens shopping mall and minutes from Ontario Mills, if your a fan of the mountains, we are less then 30 minutes from Wright wood, less then an hour from Big Bear, 5 mins from Ontario Airport, about 45 mins from LAX, Hollywood, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, minutes from the Fontana Auto Speedway, ....but more importantly...it's the feeling you get..every time you walk in your door...it's the feeling of ...."Home" If you are looking for a temporary home away from home, or just in need for some "Quite Time".....this is the perfect little getaway.
