This one level townhouse is set like a jewel in a peaceful yet convenient location of Sunrise Country Club. This end unit townhouse has a magnificent unobstructed view of the San Jacinto mountains, greenbelt and palm trees. It is within steps of a semiprivate swimming pool and Jacuzzi. It is the largest (1650 square feet) two bedroom, two bath condo in Sunrise Country Club. It is fully furnished, professionally decorated, completely equipped and devoted to your comfort. It is truly a great place to relax and enjoy the desert lifestyle. The large open floor plan combines the living room, formal dining area and family room. The family room has a built-in entertainment center equipped with a television, radio, and a video/cd/dvd player with stereo speakers in the family and living rooms. The kitchen has an eat in area, with a pass thru window to the patio for your convenience. The condo is set up for internet access and has a printer/fax machine and scanner. Your lap top can be set up easily for your office at home. Each bedroom has a television and plenty of closet space. The utility room has a full size washer and dryer. The patio has a table and chairs, lounge chair and gas barbecue. Since it is an end unit there is a beautiful view of the outdoor greenery and shrubs. As our guest, access to the Sunrise Country Club dining room is available for your pleasure. The Country Club is luxurious with excellent food and overlooks the golf course. All of this for a very affordable rate plus a ten percent discount for two months and fifteen percent for three or more months.


Sunrise Country Club is ideally located in the prestigious area of Rancho Mirage twenty minutes from Palm Springs and the Palm Springs airport. It is convenient to all amenities and away from the windy area along highway 10. There are many excellent restaurants nearby including the popular “River” complex which consists of superb restaurants, boutique shops, and a multiplex cinema. If shopping is your pleasure, the upscale “El Paseo” shopping district and the large indoor “Westfield Mall” are both within a ten minute drive. The College of the Desert is well known not only for the college, but also for its large parking lot that has open air stalls and a marketplace of wares of all kinds on weekends. On Thursday evenings one can stroll along the main street of Palm Springs for the open air entertainment and wares. The beautiful and exciting Agua Caliente casino and the McCallum Theater with live big name stars and productions are also within a ten minute drive. There are also many outdoor activities in the area such as; observing desert life at the “Living Desert”, taking a tram ride to the top of the mountain for breath taking views, hiking through the mountains, water activities at “Water World”, and of course golfing at many outstanding golf courses.

Very nice condo, well furnished, equipped maintained. We appreciated the kitchen was stocked & we replaced any items used. Was cold during our stay, the central heating worked well. Condo was close to community pool, but children using it were noisy. Would recommend the rental for a pleasant stay.
