Acess to the several pools with jacuzis are within walking distance but more easily accessed by car within one minute. No smokers or pets and home must be rented for a minimum of three weeks.

The property is in a gated community adjacent to the Westin Hotel Mission Hills at Rancho Mirage. Discounted shopping stores and the Morongo Indian Casinos are within a thirty minute drive on Highway 10. The property is located 20 minutes from Palm Springs airport and about the same for downtown Palm Springs. This is a very quiet area with over 100 beautiful golf courses located within 25 miles. Renters can walk to the Westin Pete Dye course with their clubs. Within 100 yards is the Westin Hotel Shuttle that will bring you to the pro shop with a shuttle schedule every 10 minutes. This is a golfers paradise and plenty of things to do for golfers widows and families.

Can easily drive (45 minutes)to the Cable Car to the San Jacinto Mountains. A beautiful Air Museum at the Palm Springs airport 20 minutes away. Lots of discount/factory stores 30 minutes away.
