The house is so big there is a POOL AND SPA ON EACH SIDE. These sunny spots are lakeside and close enough to be handy but not intrusive.

Furnished to entertain my friends, each bedroom has a private bath. There are two fabulous KING suites. The office, with a queen wrought iron bed, and a fun room with two full beds both have sliding doors onto the landscaped entry patio with fountain.
Mission Hills Golf Villas have the lowest housing density of any development in the Palm Springs area. The huge open spaces attract a variety of migrating birds. You can even fish for Bass in your backyard lake!
Inside the Gates of Mission Hills Country Club the homes range from charming Tennis Villas to Multi Million Dollar Estate Homes. It is a great neighborhood for walking, jogging and biking.
