Area Information

This gated community of Casas de Seville, in Rancho Mirage has 72 beautifully maintained Spanish style villas, on large private gated lots surrounded with greenbelts, lush palms and landscape , 5 pools, and tennis. It is a gorgeous site with walking/biking paths in prestigious Rancho Mirage, fabulous restaurants around the corner, and within 5 minutes of shopping by car. Car is recommended. The larger area boasts wonderful theatres for the arts, a weekend fair that attracts people from all areas, a tram, the Living Desert, the Children's Museum and much more. Our community has an active Homeowner's Association . We are not condos. Golfing privileges closeby.There are no rentals permitted in this community of less than 30 days.Our home, #72 is the youngest one in this complex.
