Lakefront with a 200' gradual sloping sandy beach

Property located on the eastern shore of Moooselookmeguntic lake in the Rangeley lakes area. Rental is an owner occupied residence with a very private ground floor apartment facing the lake and surrounding mountains. Drive right up to a double door private entry to offload your equipment, luggage and food into a large storage room big enough to keep bikes and any equipment that needs to be indoors.

The apartment consists of a 18'x20' combination living, dining and kitchen areas that feature a large picture window and an glass atrium door that leads out onto a 12'x12' deck. The lake and surrounding mountains are easily viewed from the either easy chair facing the window.

A 12'x13' bedroom with twin beds is located on the first floor along with the bath that has a 3'x3' stand up shower. A second larger 14'x16' bedroom is located on the second floor and has twin beds also.

The rental also includes a canoe (a signed waiver is required before use). The lake is 5 miles across and 18 miles long and can be dangerous if not respected.

Please be aware that if your children need water slides and that type of entertainment the Rangeley Area may not be the place for them. The area offers unspoiled beauty, hiking, fishing, birding and other activities nature has to offer and which you may want to give your children an opportunity to experience.
