Description of the Raymond vacation cottage rental
You cannot get any closer to the water than CampRedwing. Magical two bedroom cottage on beautiful, clean, Panther Pond in Raymond, Maine. Cottage includes, gas grill, tv/dvd,canoe,,microwave, dock, private sandy swimming area, outdoor fireplace, and trash pickup.If your PC is capable you can connect to owners wireless network.
CampRedwing has a master bedroom with a full bed, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.Can sleep six comfortably. Cottage has a full bath with shower and tub. Large kitchen and living room area. Plenty of parking. Dock can hold up to a 22' boat. Public boat launch nearby.
CampRedwing is so close to the water, you will have the sensation you are in a boat while sitting in the living room. Sunrises directly in the front windows and they are spectacular. Owner lives nearby for 24/7 property management. While Panther Pond is called a Pond it is actually a large lake with alot less boat traffic than the larger lakes. Great fishing and swimming. Six people maxium. One small pet ok. No smoking inside property. Rental is $1100.00 per week. Security/Pet deposit required. Rental week runs Saturday to Saturday. Only ten miles from the new Oxford Casino.

Area Information
All of the fast food places and Wallmart are located in the town of Windham, which is about 3-4 miles away. You are about 45 minutes from Freeport and L.L. Bean. 17 miles west of Portland and the Maine Mall.
While there are neighbors on both sides of the camp, you are separated by trees and the camp is very private.

Wonderful renting and great owners

My family still raves about the great week we had at Panther pond and this was almost 2 summers ago. The cottage was clean, and bright and the lake was perfect. The owner's who live next door went out of their way to ensure everyone had a spectacular week! Len was always available to help but never intrusive, they were just great hosts. I hope our schedules allow us to find an open week and get back again as it was a truly RELAXING vacation.

Cute, clean little cabin on Panther Pond. The cabin had a small swimming area, grass front yard and a canoe to use. The lake was clean. We had a wonderful vacation.
