The suggested rental rates per night for this three bedroom penthouse suite during the high season January-April 13, is $1,650.00 per night. While the suggested rental rates for the low season is $1,000.00 per night. I am offering either the one or two weeks at a 35% discount. A 50% non refundable deposit is required to hold either of the two offerings. Final amount is due in full one month prior to the rental period.
