Immaculate studio condo located on the second floor of the ROYAL ORLEANS in desirable Redington Beach. Fully furnished with all amenities, flat screen television, free wireless internet, kitchenette with granite countertop, bistro dining set, off-street parking, coin laundry facilities, private tropical courtyard, gas bbq grill, and heated pool. Murphy bed has a standard queen size mattress for comfort.
The Royal Orleans complex offers a quaint French Quarter atmosphere within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, mini mart, park, fishing pier, and entertainment. Ride the Suncoast Trolley to John's Pass, Clearwater, and numerous other locations along Gulf Boulevard.
Studio condo accommodates a maximum of two adults.

This was an excellent location and VERY quiet. Loved the fact that it was pretty much adults only. Loved the murphy bed. It was so nice to push the bed up in the morning and have a comfortable living area:)
