The Best of Both Worlds is offered in this private, first-class home. Its superb location offers the rare combination of vacationing on a quiet, deep water bay in an upscale neighborhood while being literally steps from the Gulf of Mexico with miles of white sand beaches. Our location is within walking distance of varied attractions and all major conveniences. Everything combines to make this home a safe, comfortable and easy to place to just relax, unwind and to do as much or as little as you choose without ever having to walk up stairs, hunt for your car keys, search for a parking place or wait for an elevator.

Don’t be surprised if you find your most enjoyable time just hanging out around the house. Our home’s open floor plan and combination of large windows, French doors, a front covered porch and an expansive rear deck are all designed to create an optimum indoor-outdoor living environment with a water view from virtually every room of the house. Center of family activity is the gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook and great room which open onto an expansive deck. The kitchen features sold surface countertops, a nine foot serving and snack bar, stainless steel gas range, dual door refrigerator and undercounter mini fridge. Off the breakfast nook is a pantry with full-size washer and dryer. Off the kitchen/great room is a cozy fireplace room featuring a wall-mounted flat screen HD TV with DVD and surround sound system. For time alone, retreat to office/library, close the doors and enjoy some solitude reading, checking your email or staring mindlessly across the bay. The master bedroom suite opens onto the deck and bay via large French doors. It offers a king-sized bed, a sumptuous mattress and spa bath with combination shower and steam room. A second bedroom features a single bed and opens onto small bricked patio and sitting area. A third bedroom offers a double bed. The rear bayside deck spans the width of the home and is outfitted with an assortment of teak rocking chairs, dining table and natural gas barbeque and fire pit creating a perfect place to relax, socialize, dine or simply snooze. A brick walkway leads from the deck to private dock for swimming, fishing, tanning and boating. A great place to dock a rental boat or tie-off a couple wave runners.

Area Description

When you’re ready to venture forth, you can take an easy stroll to the Gulf and enjoy our world famous beach only about 100 yards from your front door; walk to several of the area’s better restaurants; shop for groceries at the supermarket and pharmacy only two blocks away; or jog several blocks to the local rec center for a game of tennis. If you want more shopping and restaurants, walk less than half a block and catch a trolley to John’s Pass. Within a few minutes you'll be at one of the area’s most popular tourist stops offering everything from booble-heads to seafood platters. If needing even more activity, you’re only a few minutes drive to the main bridge linking our beach community to central mainland and expressways to Busch Gardens, Tampa Zoo and eastward 90 minutes to Sea World and the Magic Kingdom.
