BEACH GULF FRONT- The Elephant House

Spacious one story Redington Beach home directly on the beach. A unique setting with warm blue-green waters, lush grass, palm trees, sea oats and the opportunity to find yourself in tranquillity. You can walk the beach for miles both north and south. Sit on the big beach chair and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets ever. The view is spectacular. Our signature white marble elephant identifies the home as a laid-back, casual vacation place. Relax with the breezy, fabulous weather of the Gulf beaches.

The home has three comfortable bedrooms and three big baths, living room, dining area, and a great roomy kitchen built for entertaining. The sun room on the west side of the home has fabulous views of the Gulf. For cooler weather the fireplace is wood-burning. The floors are beautiful polished terrazzo and porcelain tile in the kitchen and baths.

The master bedroom faces the Gulf so you can hear the surf at night. The bath has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is very large with a king-sized bed. The bathroom serving this bedroom has a shower and opens to the outside beach area. The third bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with a shower.

The big 2 car garage opens to Gulf Blvd and you can park 6 vehicles in the driveway. We have a washer/dryer in the garage and a second refrigerator.

The beachside patio has a covered area with patio furniture and a gas grille. The hot tub is a good place to relax after a hard day of having fun.

The home is fully furnished. The living room has a 55' HDTV. The bedrooms are wired for those who want tv in the bedroom. All linens and kitchen needs are furnished.

The home has been lovingly cared for and is only used by the owners. We will share it for the winter with someone who treats it as we do.

Redington Beach is a quiet, exclusive beach community with a long, wide beach of soft sand and cool, green water.


The neighborhood is very convenient to the Tom Stuart Causeway for a short drive to the mainland. The Publix and Winn Dixie grocery stores are a short drive from the house. All types of restaurants are nearby and good. The shopping ranges from Florida beachy to the better clothing. John's Pass Village is famous for fish restaurants, pizza, ice cream and beach bars. It is only 2 miles south of the house. The fisherman has many options, fish from the bridges or spend the day on a fishing boat with a captain who will take you out into the gulf to the fishing hole. The children will be entertained by the dolphins playing in the Pass waters.

Tampa and St. Petersburg are close by for a day of entertainment. St. Pete has the Dali Museum, the Museum of Fine Arts and a beautiful Downtown. Tampa has the Aquarium, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and Lowry Park. Not to mention Disney World only 75 miles away! The Malls of Tampa Bay are wonderful with all the big stores represented. Tampa Bay has a lot ot offer our visitors.
