Beach front beauty - wide white sand beach

Come to the beach! 3 month minimum rental (that is the ruling of the building association) during winter months. Directly on the white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico, this handsome and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo apartment is fully furnished and beautifully decorated in a tropical style. The bedroom has a king size bed and lots of closet and drawer space. Living room has a sofa that converts to a queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will enjoy sunsets from the balcony and a view of both the Intracoastal Waterway to the east and Gulf to the west.
The building has a well equipped gym with dressing rooms and sauna, a very large heated pool, security gate guards and keyed entrances to pool and beach. The common rooms are used for bridge, Maj Jhong, movies, ping pong, billiards. There is a well stocked lending library. You will have a reserved covered parking space. Most residents are year 'round so it does not have the atmosphere of an in-and-out resort.
This is one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. The wide, hard packed sand beach is great for walking and the Gulf is shallow for a long way and good for swimming. Most all year the water is calm.

Redington Shores is a small "beach town" located between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. There are many good restaurants close by as well as boat excursions, fishing pier, beach type shops. Shopping is terrific in Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater. These cities offer museums, galleries, IMax, Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium. There are many golf courses in the area. The sight seeing "Trolly" picks up at a stop at the sidewalk just in front of the building.
Disney World is a 1hour 45 min. drive and the TPA airport is a 30 min. drive. Sarasota to the south is a 45 min. drive.
The Tampa Bay communities have many performing arts venues with top notch performances of every kind. We also have world class art museums including the Dali' in St. Petersburg. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa is an entertaining and educational facility for enjoying and exploring and learning about our local marine resources. The Museum of Science and Industry at the University of South Florida, with its IMAX theatre, is a fabulous days worth of entertainment

Fishing pier 1/2 mile down the beach, small shops and restaurants within walking.
