This 4-bdrm/3.5 bath, 2036 sq townhome in Eagle Crest has a tremendous location overlooking the 17th green of the Ridge Course. This lovely family vacation home is beautifully furnished and inviting and includes lots of extras including books and games. The large great room, kitchen, and dining room (40 feet long) with 26-foot ceiling are overlooked by upstairs balcony. Spacious, comfortable living area includes gas fireplace and TV/DVD player and stereo. Main floor includes powder room, full-size laundry room, and plenty of closet and storage space. Two spacious master suites (one on main level with TV) have queen beds; baths include dual sinks, soaking tubs, and separate showers; large equal master suite upstairs. Upstairs also includes two additional bedrooms, one with two twin beds. The other is set up as a versatile room with queen size inner-spring futon couch, futon twin chair and ottoman, TV, and closet full of board games. This makes a comfortable bedroom for adults or teens, or a quiet separate sitting room. These two upstairs bedrooms share a full bath with tub and shower. Enjoy beautiful views of the 17th green and double-width fairways from the large furnished deck, complete with hot tub and gas barbecue. Large outside storage for skis, sleds, or bikes. Gorgeous high desert weather - with an average 12 inches of rainfall per year, moderate winter temperatures, and rare snowfalls - means golf courses and outdoor activities are enjoyable year-round. You can golf one day and ski the next! Mount Bachelor, one of the best ski areas in the Northwest, is located just 38 miles from Eagle Crest. Required Stay: 2-night minimum; 3-night minimum during summer/holidays
Lodging Tax: 8% Oregon/Deschutes County hospitality tax (DCCA#668)
Deposits: $200 refundable security deposit required. %50 deposit for total rental (including deposit and cleaning fee) due at booking; balance due one week before arrival.
Other Fees: $85 cleaning fee (per week for longer rentals). Holiday rates may apply: Spring Break, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas through New Years, and summer vacation. Ask about long-term rental rates!

What a wonderful place to stay!!, August 15, 2009

We brought our 4 children to stay at this home and had a wonderful time. The home itself has a great floor plan to have the kids upstairs and us down. It has everything that you need to enjoy a nice, relaxing vacation. And Eagle Ridge has many amentities to enjoy while we stayed. We biked,swam, played family games, enjoyed the hot tub and just hung out. Thank you for a beautiful experience!!!

I have stayed in vacation rentals before but I have never stayed in one that had everything you could want and more. This was truly a fabulous weekend in a wonderfully outfitted condo!

Calm, Quiet, Relaxing, January 21, 2009

We had a wonderful time sleeping late, taking long walks, hiking to see the view of the Sister's Range, and making great dinners in an outfitted kitchen. We finished each day off with a delightful soak in the hot tub. I especially liked watching the moon from our bedroom suite. This was the best way to spend our vacation. We plan to stay here again.
