A fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with simple, modern style.
Literally steps from the beach, marina, bikepath, Pier, restaurants & shops

Located in a well-maintained landscaped condo complex with a large pool, 2 jacuzzi, and a gym.
Completely remodeled with brand new hardwood walnut floors throughout entire condo,

Less than 5 minutes walking distance to the Marina where you'll find famous restaurants such as Cheesecake Factory, Charthouse and Bluewater Grill.
If you have kids, Seaside Lagoon (a natural sea-water park) is also less than 5 minutes walking distance.
Just walk 5 minutes to the south and you're on the gorgeous sandy beaches of South Redondo, or walk 5 minutes north and you're at the lovely beaches of Hermosa Beach.

Area Information
You are just a 20 minute walk to Hermosa Beach's Pier Avenue where you'll find more shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
If you like to bike, you can bike all the way to Santa Monica (about 20 miles), all along the beachfront bike path, stopping along the way at Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Marina del Rey and world famous Venice Beach.
Freeway entrance is a 5 minute drive away. 15 minutes drive from LAX airport.
About 25-30 minute drive to downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, etc.

This Redondo Beach rental was perfect for our 5 week stay! The condo is spacious and comfortable and comes very nicely furnished and fully equipped. The kitchen is great but we ate out most of the time because the food in the area is wonderful. Try "Polly's on The Pier" for breakfast and "Casa Playa" in Riviera Village for a casual Mexican lunch or dinner - both are little "joints" with amazing food and personality. The location is great. We enjoyed daily walks on our choice of beaches (Redondo, Hermosa or Manhattan) all just steps from the condo. Bike rentals right up the street and miles and miles of paved beach-side trails to enjoy. The owner of this property was a pleasure to deal - very accommodating and responsive. Great value and experience!

Outstanding Property

I wish I could keep this property a secret from everyone. I don't know where to start except that it was above and beyond all my expectations. Location could not be better..it is a stones throw from the beach ,Redondo pier,restaurants, in fact everything. The condo is spacious, clean and has all the amenities you could need. The owner was easy to contact about any problems or questions one would have and responded very quickly. I would recommend this to anyone looking for best value and location in Redondo beach area. Most definitely will be booking this condo again in the future

The condo had a very open concept as reflected in listing photos. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was very spacious which made it relaxing. Since the property was located by the pier/oceanfront, there was plenty to do. The amenities such has having a washer & dryer in the condo and heated pool, hot spa, small gym in the complex made our stay really enjoyable. Assigned underground parking meant we did not have to worry about having to find street parking. Condo owner was very friendly and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Greatly enjoyed "Farmers Market" held by the beach every Thursday. Recommend breakfast at CJ's Pantry. Also recommend having lunch/dinner at Joe's. Veterans Park is right by the beach and enjoyable for children and great for picnics. We enjoyed our time so much that we are making plans to rent this condo again next summer.

Enjoyed a brilliant stay here with 4 of my friends for the Summer. It was the perfect location for everything - relaxing and having fun. The apartment has everything you need from arrival and the complex is ideal with a pool and gym. Would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Redondo Beach, you won't get closer to the pier.
