Description of the Reedville vacation guesthouse rental

WELCOME TO THE SUN-E-BANK GUEST HOUSE AND THE LAND OF PLEASENT LIVING.Searching for a relaxing home to stay in while enjoying fishing, boating, visiting historical sites; then you found the right place.The home sits on 1/2 acre with eye catching flowering gardens, bushes and trees. First level has one bed room with twin beds, large living room with a queen sofa bed, large dinning room,bathroom, a Florida room, a den with one double size sofa bed, and kitchen.The kitchen is stocked with hardware, everything you need to serve a meal.(food and condiments not included). The second level has two bedrooms. One bedroom has four twin beds, the other three twin beds. One bath.For your long stay,you will find plenty of closet and storage space located on both levels.Bed and bath linens are provided.

SUN-E-BANK if located one quarter mile south of the Little Wicomico River with deep water and easy access to the Chesapeake Bay and the Maryland and Virginia water way line, and, the River CAR Ferry that takes you to the town of OPHELIA. We are 5 minutes away from Smith Point Marina with charter fishing and boat ramp availability. Public boat ramps minutes away. Close to Buzzard Point Marina at Fairport with slips & the Tangier Island Cruise. Please Check marinas for rates, details and availability.
Minutes away, visit the historical town of Reedville offering waterfront dinning by land or sea and the famous Fisherman's Museum. Visit the quaint town of Kilmarnock for shopping and fine dinning. Check your area map for locations.

• Required Stay: For weekend rentals only, not less then a two(2) night stay. Any combination from Thursday night through Saturday night. All other rental policies, Sunday night through Wednesday remain in effect.
   
• Deposits: To confirm your reservation a deposit of 50% of the total is required two (2) weeks in advance of your scheduled arrival date.
   
• Other Fees: Up to 6 guest: $120/night. Additional guests $35/person/night. Weekly and monthly rates available.Contact owner for information regarding number of additional guests in your party. Prices listed are subject to change.

This house was the perfect place to stay as we could not all fit in the family home in Reedville. The house was clean and the kitchen is well equipped. It even has a indoor grill for pancakes. It was hard to get the temp. right for the oven because the numbers on the knob are gone and I had to fiddle with it until the temp. gauge in the oven was right. Pretty flowers, fruit trees and garden. The neighbors even had a cute little puppy that came by for a visit in the front yard. Nice walk down the street to the Sunnybank ferry.
